In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
In an unfortunate turn of events, a situation which was innocent in reality was seen as wrong by the admins. We were banned for baiting, and in reality, this was not the intention of our actions, however in the admin's eyes, we can accept that it could be seen as baiting and they are justified in arguing their points. From our perspective, we were abiding by the rules and doing what the server is meant for: roleplay. However, reflecting on the situation, the decisions we made were risky, and from an admins point of view we were baiting, as they did not see the events leading up to the incident. Perhaps the riskiness of the situation made us want to do it more, as the possibility of getting caught by the police made it a bit more exciting, same as why anyone on the server would partake in illegal drug trades or robbing, as it adds excitement to the game. However, the fact that we shot so close to the police HQ made it seem as if we were asking for a gunfight, however our actions after this were proof we did not want anything like that, and I will explain why in my explanation of why i should be unbanned.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
Revising, doing exams, and playing other games. Just normal day to day stuff.
Why do you want to return ?
Since our ban, we have not forgotten the server. It will always be a part of our group of friends, and our ingame gang has genuinely become part of our lives, as it is something we all relate to and have a laugh about. The server is literally a centre point for many inside jokes that we have, relating to funny moments and good times on the server. We have recommended the server to many people, most of which are planning to play with us if we get unbanned. The summer is about to start, making it a great time for us to come on and play on the server.
Why should we unban you ?
Firstly, regarding the situation:
The admins are always in the right, and there is nothing we can do if they decide on something that we do not agree with. Their decision is final. On this occasion, when we got banned, we were all genuinely in shock and thought it was a mistake. We acted as if the ban was misunderstood and was the admins fault, but after 6 months of time off the server, we can all accept that the admins were right to say what they did. I think I explained this earlier. Even though the situation was genuinely nothing more than some roleplay, we made mistakes which made us look like we were in the wrong. There is nothing more we can say other than it was unfortunate that the admins only saw what they did and could only state what they saw in our unban appeal process.
Secondly, regarding my track record (as it was mentioned in my latest unban appeal)
My track record on this server is honestly terrible and i understand that. However, I can explain myself and justify my reasons for being unbanned again. My first and second bans were my fault entirely. I deserved the first perma ban, and i believe i was able to argue my case fairly, and i was let back onto the server. This was after 6 months of maturing and wanting to be back on the server. Obviously, after a 6 month wait, I didnt want to get banned again. It was the last thing i wanted, because i was happy to be back playing with my friends again. All my actions in the weeks after the perma ban appeal were within the rules, and i made sure to not break any rules by accident, and i did not go out of my way to break any rules, as i wanted to be back on the server for good. I had read the rules multiple times, so i was well acquainted with the rules and i knew where to draw the line. I honestly was being as safe as i could not to break the rules after the appeal, and up until the final ban it was working fine. I still argue that i personally never broke the rules, as i was not with my friends at the time of the roleplay gunfire. I was nearby, however i was not one who fired the shots. I want to make it clear that i was personally never a part of the gunfire in the first place, and i only came into the situation after the police got involved.
Overall, if you unban me, i will not brake any rules. In my opinion, i have not broken the rules since my 2nd ban, which was for NLR. The reason i want to go back onto the server is to play the game, not to write another unban appeal. I know that i have said that before, and it is genuine. If i spent all this time to write this appeal, then got banned again instantly, it would have been a massive waste of time. Im only writing this because i am prepared to return and ensure that
A) No rules will be broken
B) no matter the situation, i will make it very clear what is happening to ensure there are no further misunderstandings
