In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned during Ket blanket ban. (1.6)

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

It hasn't been 6 months yet, Ive been playing CSGO lately and hitting the gym quite often, and studying alot lately thats pretty much thats all what ive been doing.

Why do you want to return ?

I would like to return, because RPUK is my main server, when i started playing RP servers i started off with RPUK and i don't want to end my journey like this. Ive always been around here and i do enjoy my time here. Ive met alot of good people in here and I consider them as my best friends and i would like to return to them and have fun. As it reminds me the good old days i used to have with them and i miss them alot, unfortunately its hard to keep in touch with them since im banned on TS and i can't contact with them.

Why should we unban you ?

I feel i should get unbanned, because Ive never harmed this server in any terms of breaking rules, never been banned or reported before. I feel like everyone should have their second chance to prove themselves. On my previous denied appeal i was told, that i was in James Blezards teamspeak and yes I was, we made that TS server, when Kevin got banned of TS so we didn't have any other choice to make a KET TS, because its really hard to communicate with Kevin as he is one of my best friends and i consider him as my brother.

I am genuinely sorry for our actions and thank you for taking your time and reading this.

Why didn't you do anything to stop all the nonsense going on in that teamspeak that were trying to hurt the community you now wish to return to? Don't tell me you didn't know, that teamspeak is very small, it would be impossible to miss.

The thing is it wasn't my choice, it was not decided to happen and end up this way. I wouldve stopped  it if i had the chance in the first place why would i harm a community that Ive been here for almost about a year and i never harmed someone, if i was here trying to harm this community i couldve done it alot earlier but i didn't and I would never do such a thing.

 
Sure with pleasure, so we made this teamspeak called KET TS, once Kevin was banned of forums and TS. We decided to make a TS so we could all communicate with eachother since our one of member was banned on TS. Thats where we started the whole Ket TS thing. It wasn't made to harm this community in any way. It was basically made to contact with Kevin thats all.

So was you aware of all the shit going on whilst sitting in that teamspeak?

 
I was aware about the shit going on in ts to an extent, for example the description changes with innappropriate names and that stuff. I was aware of some peopel conducting hate speech but I did not know to what extent it was going on, and I assumed it was a minor thing among the more toxic people in the gang and that is why I didn't just leave then.

With your question, I don't know if you mean what I mentioned above or not, so I may as well put in that I was also trying at the time to do good roleplays ingame and was not aware so much about how much bad roleplay was being done by the gang although I do admit that some of mine was not exactly especially good I can't only blame on other people, because at the end of the day it was my choice to be in that gang and I do realize now that it was a bad decision to make , but I want to improve that by making the right choices in future.

I do have them in my steam list because as James was a Leader in ket. I do not know about Hazu why I got him in steamlist as he wasn't in KET and don't know about him what he done and I am not interested having people whose gonna cause troubles for me, i wont do the same mistake as i did last time and ending up myself  in here. I am not talking to them anymore, since we all got separated and everyone took different path.

 
I'd prefer honesty here, it goes a long way.

This whole Ket appeal process has shown me that everyone always points the fingers onto other and never names people. Basically everyone thinks they are the innocent one's who get caught up in it, when in fact maybe little to big everyone contributed to the poor role-play and gun fights and causing problems in some shape or form.

First of all, I do agree that some of it  was my fault it was my choice to be in that gang and yes I do regret being in that gang, because it caused alot of problems.

Ive been here for almost a year in this community and Ive never got into trouble, as you can check my warnings / ban history. Yes I did make a mistake and I do regret it and I will also make right decisions in future to prevent from situations like this. I just can't blame other people, as you said pointing fingers out I need to take my own responsibility , It was my choice being in there and I see now what I did wrong.

 
@Drew To be honest i was so frustrated seeing my friends on the server and as I was not able to join the server. So I was hoping one day ill be able to join, yes I know it was stupid of me trying to join although I knew It wouldn't work. I missed the community as you can see trying hard to join the server but I am not able to, Its frustrating. I don't know what I was thinking, while trying to join, just stupidity to be fair not much more I can say.

You do realise that I could issue a perm ban for even attempting to get onto our server whilst banned right?

Yes I agree with you, but at that time i never thought about it if i knew what I was doing is a bannable thing I wouldn't have done it, sometimes we all do things without even realizing that we doing something wrong as you also mentioned (stupidity). Yes we all make mistakes and we learn something out of it and I am pretty sure this unban appeal taught me alot of things.

Then that was silly ay,

My main concern is that you are going to go straight back to the same group of friend's that you got banned with originally if you was given a chance. I'm not saying that you can't but it'll just mean you will be monitored a lot more due to this and your poor decision making in the past in regards to joining the wrong crowds. I want to see recommendations about you, I want to hear good things from staff, none of this frag nonsense. I want to see you promoting roleplay a lot more.

Unbanned, staff team will be keeping a close eye. We don't want any slip ups. Understandable people make mistakes but the fact you've assured me that you won't let me down, only time will tell if this is the case.
