Permaban Appeal not posted (Resolved)

So I've just spent quite some time to create a long, clean permaban appeal and when I clicked "Send", it didn't get posted.

Doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the form, just tested it myself.

Try and do it again, but save your answers into a notepad incase it doesn't work again.
