Perm-Banned 3 Years Ago, Forgot Name

Hey all,

I got perma-banned and I want to appeal the ban and see whether I can play RP with friends again, but considering it was 3 years ago I don't know the character name I was using at the time. Would there be any quick way to find out? I had screenshots and a notepad file detailing what happened but my PC has been formatted a lot in the past 3 years, aha.

Would be grateful if anybody could help!

I’m pretty sure a rough guess and just stating that it wasn’t 3 years ago and you cannot remember so it may or may not be that would be okay 

 
Use the last name you remember using before you were banned. Do not try to mislead with your name, but as long as you are honest in the last name you used there should be no issues.

Make sure to provide the correct RPUK / Steam ID they will be able to see EVER name you have used on the server.
