Performance Issues And Server Kicks

Im having performance issues with Altis Life servers in general but it seems like this one is particularly out to get me, i get around 3-5 Fps and then get the server message "You were kicked from the server" This has only started happening yesterday but its totally unplayable obviously and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions, i should add that this isnt the case with any other server its just ALUK and *REMOVED SERVER NAME*, the only two that i have progressed in and i dont want to lose my progress. i have talked to 2 other people with the same issue, one said that he reconnects and its sorts itself out the other said that one day it stopped happening, ive tried multiple things,

Viewing integrity of game cache

Reinstalling Arma 

Going into my Arma CFG file and changing the max frames ahead to 1 

Leaving my computer off for 24 hours

Restarting my computer

Restarting Steam.

Ive also looked at some arma 3 guides to getting more FPS but none fixed this issue

If you have any ideas post here and hopefully i can get going again cheers!

Alright mate, just for next time, please dont mention any other server names on this community, it counts as advertising and you can be banned for it :) Just giving you a heads up as i know you didnt mean too!

Spec of your machine?

Have you tried going into your arma folder, deleting the @ALUK folder and making it re-download the mission, just in case it's damaged or corrupted?

 
Havent tried that no, 

Im currently running 

GPU: GTX 750TI

CPU: I5 88k

RAM: 4GB's (Possibly bad but this is the recommended and hence i got it

HD: 1 TB

im not to techy so hopefully this will do

Also where is this @ALUK folder u speak of? cant seem to find it in the Documents>Arma 3 Folder or the steamcommon>Arma 3 folder

Also sorry for the late response! i have been testing different wasteland and KoTH severs to get a base Multiplayer fps and its around 20-40 so i dont think my computer is the issue. Cheers!

Could be your low amount of RAM causing major stuttering. ArmA 3 will only use around 3GB maximum (as it's 32bit) however your OS will more than likely use the remaining 1GB and more. Take a screenshot of your task manager (performance tab) and post it here when you experience the low FPS.

I have gotten this too. It is very weird.  I log in, the FPS is super low and I end up getting kicked from the server. I either have to restart ARMA but sometimes it just works. Peculiar.
