Description of what happened: An opportunity came along as we were chilling in the square. After refusing to RP or value his life he got killed, only to return a minute later. He takes his truck, potentially tried to VDM my colleague, and fled to the 'safe zone', laughing about his clear stroke of genius.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I don't think this is within my ability or inclination to resolve with the individual.
