Description of what happened:
He robbed me at the garage so we decided to execute him, after 5 minutes of chasing we caught him. Some hobo ziptied him for us, we went on with the execution of the robber. Emil killed him, we went back to square and there we see him again acting like it never happened.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
NLR, Rule 6

Yes, we typed it in Direct chat. He didnot respond to it. Proof:
