Not here to rant, but people really don't understand that this is a game. If your family member needs you people should understand that your going to pick family over a game right ? The funny thing is some people don't understand that and think that some people are dedicated to the game making sure there keeping there eyes on it at all times. What makes it worse is when you get in trouble for other peoples mistakes, Even though you may the rules inside out are always active, nice to everyone, and when people know your there to help them out whenever they need, if one person does somthing wrong you still get the blame. Its whats annoyes me about life right, When theres a problem people always make sure if it wasent them they blame it on someone else, The thing that annoy me most is when your actully helping someone new and they break a rule and you get in trouble for it :/

@Billy I would like to talk to you about this. If you are talking about the situation that happened while on NHS patrol you must remember that when you take out a student your accepting responsibility for them and their actions while on duty with them. As you are their trainer and they are there to learn from you. If you have a complaint please feel free to message me and we can talk on ts about it and come to a conclusion on why you feel this way.

With all due respect, in my opinion that is handled the COMPLETE wrong way... Let's take the police for example, all SPCs and above may take CSOs in patrol and chances are CSOs (like students) are COMPLETELY new to the role, maybe new to the game as a whole. If they make a mistake it should NOT fall on to anyone else...

They learn from their mistakes, so teach them as they are a 'student'...

You can't expect someone to have 100% control over another, especially in a game.

Medics who take out students should of course be responsible but they can not be held accountable of someone else breaks a rule... Consider them willing to take out students as a favour...

@Billyrather than causing a scene here with others getting involved and it becoming another flooded thread, I would like to speak to you tonight to sort this out correctly. Myself and Marc were reviewing your document and the evidence provided with it and would like a chat with you. I can promise you it will not be bad or used against/to annoy you. If you do not wish to chat your infraction will have to stand as it is. You can get back to me on team speak or on the forums, its upto you.

i would of course preferred you not to broadcast to the forums an ongoing situation, however were still willing to review the situation once more if you can take 10 minutes to have a chat.

The way Lharmon explained it, as usual, makes it seem a bit shitty xD

In general, each situation is assessed separately, and will be dealt with accordingly.

Feel free to have an opinion... but it's likely that opinion will be based on incorrect information.

If you want to see how these situations are commonly dealt with, go read my last post on the Ideas for the future post on the nhs forums.

@BillyYour document has been read by myself and Mickeey, and as Mickeey said, we need to either talk to you in TS or not at all. I'm not going to be dealing with an issue like this through text, so it's either on ts or the warning point will stand.

come on @Billy, it will be fine, I was in the same situation where I felt unjustified, but I took it on the chin and learnt from it. You will be ok, just learn from it take note that mistakes are made and get out there and show that you are a great medic.
