PDW (Rubber Bullets) and I'm not a bounty hunter...

I acquired a PDW and I wanted to use it to knock people down instead of killing them.

However, I'm not a bounty hunter and for some reason, it doesn't knock them down at all, it does absolutely no damage and if I shoot anyone they can just move around as normal.

Is this a bug or working as intended? as there are a lot of situations where I would love to be able to use non-lethal force like the police and bounty hunters...

I believe you do need to be a bounty hunter for the knock out effect to apply.

the PDW deals no damage by default. If the target is wanted, it will taze them. However I assume it only works if the player is holding a BH Licence.
