Description of what happened: Was responding to a patient who I was reviving and got taken hostage although telling him it was an offence to do so, he still carried on with his decision.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3M) NHS Medic's
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, got told to report this by fellow NHS members.

As the senior medic who was patrolling with Pebble i can confirm that he was telling me he was being taken. I unfortantly don't have any proof tho. Another man shot the taker, hence why Pebble got out alive.
