PCSO Lucas - Bad RP

Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Possibly PCSO Lucas, seeing as he restrained me. I do not know if he shot me, though.
 
Time & Date this happened: Around 01:30 GMT+1 (23-08-2015)
 
Which Server did this happen on: Eu1
 
Description of what happened: The police were moving in on a group of rebels doing drugs as we were nereby scouting the area and keeping an eye on them. Then I get shot by a police officer using a tazer without a word being said, restrained after and then just left there untill the Police cleaned up the group of rebels.
 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Bad RP. I got tazed (not sure how you spell that) without a word being said to me.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I mentioned it, but I didn't really discuss it as they were busy with the other rebels. I also didn't want to ruin the RP. He said afterwards that the RP was nice, so I guess that makes up for it. Nothing against Lucas. His RP is alright, but I don't see how he's allowed to taze me like that.

00:00:08 - 00:00:26 We spot the first police officer
00:00:26 - 00:00:43 Police move up behind us and arrest a squad member of our gang
00:00:43 - 00:00:57 Fast forward, nothing really happened, police move into position to strike the rebels at the weed processor
00:00:57 - 00:01:53 The police initiate RP with the rebels in the weed processing building
00:01:54 - 00:02:10 I get tazed --- No one has spoken to me at this point ---
00:02:10 - 00:02:17 I get restrained
00:02:17 - 00:02:33 Fast foward, the police move in and take out the rebels.
 
(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
I do not know if this is the right place for police complaints. I am sorry if it is not.

But at 0:55 Killjoyboy(?) Says: "this is the police come out with your hands up or you will be fired upon" since you didn't put your hands up i shot you with rubbers. especially since you were pointing a firearm at killjoyboy. If you just had contacted me about it we could have resolved it easily. A missunderstanding you are at the wrong place at the wrong time.

It was beyond obvious that he wasn't referring to me, Lucas.

1. He was facing the barn and was obviously in a conversation with the people inside there, not me.

2. He said come out to those people in there, while I was already outside.

3. He pretty much even passed me.

Btw. I did mention it to you, because you even said: ''We told you to put your hands up'' and I didn't agree, don't you remember? I mean, come on, there was no way that I could've known that he was talking to me aswell, which you claim.

It's like me talking to a tree and then killing you for not doing what I told the tree. Doesn't make sense, does it?

Moved to Police Complaints .. if someone RP's bad as a cop it makes more sense to raise the issue there first. Enjoy Guise.

Like I stated, I did mention it in-game and he stated that I was told to put my hands up. In my opinion he wasn't referring to me when he said that, hence the complaint.

I will get @Neo to have a look at it. I will deny the report but I hope Neo can check if this is acceptable behaviour for the police.
