What Rule Was Broken ?:
2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)

 no, as i wasn't directly involved i didn't see the need to

I would like to ask @Khandamir not to warning point me here I was the one who killed Brad so I can explain.

First of all before you go ahead and report someone why do you think it's okay not to message them because you were not directly involved to me this report just looks like you're trying to get someone banned without any idea who they are or what has happened.

Brad was on teamspeak and reconnected to the server instantly after he did this anyway,

There was a situation with me and and a couple of other Police officers, there was 10 people online and we were role playing at the Marmite Miner base.

In the Police force if you are not aware you have to use whispers through teamspeak to act as a radio, Brad has his whispers on ALT F1, ALT F2 and ALT F3, he went to whisper units bound to ALT F3 and accidentally hit alt F4 and died as he was attempting to whisper them he told me straight away and there was no questions asked, accidents happen.

Also for you to go and post this full stop ESPECIALLY when you have no idea what's going on is out of order so I suggest you think a little inthe future because this was uncalled for.

If you didn't know 1, Police get their gear for free which would give him no gain what so ever from doing this and on top of that if he did have to spend anything the lad has almost 200 Million in his bank there is literally no reason why this was purposely done.

Like I said next time think before you rush to the forums trying to be the next superman getting everybody banned without any idea what has gone on.

I seen a rule being broken and reported it. I'm not bothered about gear being free or lost because as i say, i saw a rule being broken and reported it. Also when it happened i wasn't sure if he was on as pcso brad or civ.

The thing here is as you state yourself you don't know actually what happened. You haven't been there and you can not judge the situation.

I understand why you did it and where you come from and most of the time I would issue a ban IF no one comments on the report and give me a good reason not to.

Now you can see TI Ben came here to describe the actual incident for some clarification listing facts that you could not know.
Sadly you didn't even attempt to solve this - seeing some of your Members being reported too not to long ago: How would you feel if someone would do that with them? Report them without being involved and without giving them a chance to atleast explain? 

I think it is very sad how the community treats eachother at the moment ... Too hostile and angry for my taste. (I am not only talking about you)

Anyways - denied - I would need a Video or evidence or any kind of that from Ben IF he would open a report.

Right now how it is evidence is not strong enough for a ban.
