PC Won't Turn Off

This is a little odd but I recently updated to the latest version of Windows 10 and since doing so my PC no longer powers off. When I hit "Shut Down" it just restarts my computer (it does the same when I hit restart). I have had to power off my computer by holding down the power button which I know isn't ideal, so if anyone knows what's causing this it would really help me out. Thanks

My specs in case it helps:

i7 4790k, GTX 980ti, 750w PSU, 16gb ddr3, Windows is installed on an SSD
