Description of what happened: the police officer asked us to pull over by turning on his lights, we then had a short chase before getting out of our vehicle after we had been vdm'ed by the officer in question and were told that we would be banned if we didn't top trolling.... which I don't think that we were....

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading up to the RDM and after)

Hello Guys I'm PC Titan, regarding this post, I had really bad internet during that time, as you see in the video I was lagging really bad and I Couldn't tell weather you stopped the at or carried on driving. I'm sorry about the VDM but as you can see my internet is really bad. I've other people to vouch for me about my internet as it's been really bad recently. On the other note I had no intention to VDM you at all I promise you! Also the reason why I thought you were trolling was because when I was lagging it turns out on my screen that you kept knocking me out constantly but as I saw on the video it didn't. Again I'm sorry about my internet it's really bad so I'm sorry.

 
I have been summoned by @PC Titan (via facebook message he will confirm ) to vouch taht his internet is poor at the moment. He often gets timed out from the server and from teamspeak, and i've been on patrol numerous amounts of times when he experiences lag and desync like this.

Thank you Sam! I'm trying to fix my internet at the time.

 
You can tell that his internet was VERY slow due to the zipping in the video... I mean even at 2:07 your friend hits him 3 times before his client finally gets the packet to make him go into a knocked down state...

 
this does explain the vdm but obviously still put us at a disadvantage in this situation however, it still does not mean that saying we have to stop or you are going to ban us is ok. 

 
I'm sorry about the threat but as I said but on my screen it shows you knocking me constantly and I thought you were trolling and I just just got really annoyed, I agree I was in the wrong for this.

 
well don't do it again. and if your internet is that bad then I would suggest logging out, or at least not getting evolved in a police chase..
