Description : Me and a friend of mine we were gathering some weed at the weed field. When we filled up our trucks a cop car came so i drove off and my friend ran into the woods.

I drove off, and a few minute's later they used spike trips to destroy my tires. The officer (PC Tim) asked me to get out. I got out of the car (with my gun still on my back so it automatically take's it when you get out obviously).

I was looking AT THE GROUND , He told me drop you're gun , but i was still speaking and i told him (don't do this to me man , it's a new truck.) 

And the cop his response whas to SHOOT me with LETHAL FORCE . Again i wasn't even looking at him, i was looking at the GROUND so therefor no need to use lethal force.

He could've used rubber bullets or even a taser gun.

He did not need to excecute me like that.

I tried to resolve this issue thrue speaking with him in game. 

I asked him for a refund of my gear , cause he just executed me like that. In my opinion i wasn't even a threat cause i was looking at the ground (even tough i had my gun out cause i just got out of the car).

What rule was broken : [SIZE=medium]3B)[/SIZE][SIZE=medium] RDM - Random Death Match Definition:[/SIZE]

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

(GIVING ENOUGH TIME FOR THEM TO COMPLY WITH YOUR ORDER)

He gave me 1 second to drop my gun, i was still talking to him , and he just shot me..

In my opinion this is just abusing his police power.

As mentioned before, i have tried to resolve this issue with the officer.

 
Oke well first off we did give you more then enough time to put your weapon away you didn't do so and you were trying to look around the corner where one of the officers was standing. When after more then enough time you didn't put your weapon away i shot you, cause you were threat to the officers life. You failed to comply. Afterwords we would have let a medic get you back up then restrain you to take you to the prison but you respawned straight away. Then you start texten me saying give me comp or i report, that isn't trying to resolve a issue that's trying to get me to give you money. And considering you lied about us giving 1 second to comply you would have most likely lied about how much gear you lost.(The gear you would lost either way as you were going to prison if you would have complied.)

So overall we gave you more then enough time, you failed to comply and was trying to look around the corner with your assault rifle out.

Then you lied about you being out of the car for 1 second when i shot you.

You said dont make me do this, so i had to assume you were talking about shooting an officer, and because of that you were a threat on the officers life.

I just hope that when you post the Vid you claim you have, it will be the uncut version.
