Description of what happened:
Was just getting my car out of the garage when all of the sudden PC Papa J. Bear decides to ram his car into me. You see him turn towards me before ANPR'ing me, this makes me believe that he metagamed my name and assumed I was wanted. Then I made up a good roleplay story yet he has to break it by saying: "Ow, it says here you're name is Puppy". No offence but how stupid is it to just totally break the RP like this, luckily the PCSO was willing to listen to me, I was told to text the higher officer @MrPaul he already confirmed he was on his way and then PC Papa J. Bear just sends me to prison. Luckily I didnot lost anything because I am roleplaying as a hobo for the rest of the week so I dont kill anybody(Else I wont recieve me 1 Million for Levi  )

Yes i've rp'd with this guy! I pretended to be my friend who wasnt wanted and said my name was my friends, yet he charged me for being a pedo and said i did armed robbery when i had no guns, not even a bag, but no still arrested me!

I have watched the video twice, reference the VDM, my personal opinion, is its not VDM, but that is not a police issue, that is a server rule issue and should be in the report a player section, not the police complaints commission.

Now to the so called "role play issues"

I will admit that his RP could be better, but all in all their is no issues,

Everyone has room to improve on their RP, but he RP'd you as being an illegal immigrant as your visa had expired.

 Which is perfectly legitimate path to take.

You was sent to a holding cell awaiting deportation.

So as you can see the officer did nothing wrong apart from not have the RP standard that you wished,

The RP was adequate, possibly could have been extended further but that is the officers call.

You are not the person making the complain nor are you an officer that has had a complaint raised against him.

Therefore you are breaking the PCC/Forum rules.

Mr CSI Fuel, what about the officers not officially reading him his rights?, I didn't hear them read him his rights once, is that something they did right then in your eyes?

Fair enough, then Ill just stick to the VDM/Using vehicle as a weapon. If im not mistaken, VDM is also ramming another car with another vehicle, no?

Giggles went thought me from head to toe while reading Puppy's report and yes in the naughty areas too. Watch the first few seconds of the video and think why I pulled in front of him. 

1) Upon exiting the garage, Puppy ignored the priority rule and entered the straight road without giving way to the blue and white off road...he didnt even look If any vehicle was on the road. Had that off road been any closer we would have a crash.

​2) While performing this illegal maneuver Puppy had the carelessness to miss his lane and enter the off road which looks like not only reckless driving but DUI as well. 

The above 2 points gave me enough reason to stop this vehicle for a traffic and sobriety check.

On my screen, the vehicles did not touch but I did hear the crash sound there was a foot distance between us. While being face to face I hit the MPR to check if this reckless driver is wanted for anything else, as it turned out he was wanted for 250k.

I have a bad memory for names and do not give a "rats bottom" to player name tags, my best weapon is my scanner and the rest I do not see.

I hope this clears up the explanation why Puppy was stopped in the first place.

As for roleplay, I have my good and bad days, today is obviously a bad day. However, A name has been given to me, a name not registered on Altis immigration system and a man has been sent to prison for that. 

I do apologize for missing his rights and food, I was completely sure that the PCSO had covered that. But at the end of the day we have a butt hurt person complaining for being sent to prison while being on the wanted list.

I am sorry to say this, but If I face the grill for every whining girl who is not happy for getting caught then I would take the option to resign from the force that put up with this kind of "reports". I leave this decision to my superiors.

As far as role play goes, at minute 11:11 how did you know who to send the sms to? Are really good friends with the SGT tht u just saw behind the PCSO's back? If so, why didn't he recognize you?

To me, this looks like a report from a person who is used to having things done his way and who gets really upset when they dont.

All in all, If you dnt want to get scanned, at least make an effort not to jump on the road like a drunken driver, alright m8?

As for VDM and server rules, no damage has been done to the vehicle. If decided to, the suspect could initiate an escape.

I don't see why you have to be so angry? I am only reporting a possible rule breaking that I want an admin to take a look at to decide if there was a rule broken. If we can just let an admin decide because us arguing all day long is not resolving anything nor is it going to turn back what has happened.

Sorry for saying this but all those problems in this video are mostly caused due stupidity than actually breaking rules.

I would like @CSI Fuel to give Papa Bear a lecture about RP and the case should be sorted.
