Was RDM'd with no communication or no weapon present

RDM & suspected use or DMS scope (said by friends)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
 Spoke in teamspeak and was told "I was under fire, you were stealing a car, I dealt with it the fastest I could"

Like I explained to you in detail when you contacted me (screenshots are available if required);

I responded to a call where the following information had been conveyed to me :-

1. Multiple Officers Killed on location
2. Multiple Ifrits on location
3. Multiple Armed Suspects on location
4. Officers under sustained fire on location

When I arrived on site, my car and my self immediately came under fire. As I ran for cover and loaded lethals I found you in the middle of the area of combat trying to steal a police car.

I assessed the situation and given that my life was threatened, we were both in a combat zone, multiple officers had been killed in the zone and the remaining were still under fire including myself I made a snap decision and fired on you to not only preserve my own life but that of my fellow officers.

As demonstrated in your video you were aware of the combat zone and still chose to walk into the middle of it and try and attempt to steal a car.

You then contacted me to query my actions and threatened to report if I didn't compensate you for what was lost. I refused as I felt I made the correct decision at the time given the situation. I have given compensation in the past when I feel I have made an error but I stand my my decision on this occasion.

I also consulted a member of the Academy Team to discuss the situation as was told it was the right call.

Given the same situation again, I would make the same decision every time. If that gets me banned, so be it.
