PayPal Refunds

Ok so my paypal was recently hacked and some of my money was spent. I decided to contact paypal and I was told that I was issued a refund. But it's just stuck on pending. Is there an amount of time it takes or do I need to contact them again?

It usually takes 3-5 days for the money to arrive. Refunded or Partially Refunded: If your refund status is Refunded or Partially Refunded, it means that the refund is complete. The money should be back in your PayPal balance or on your credit or debit card.

If it was as simple as that why would I post it on the forums? Come on mate have a bit of common sense. I posted it on forums as a few people are saying that 3-5 days is a lie. Thanks for showing me how to search on google though
