I was reported by officer Zippo. I was flying over kavala with my mates just having a good time and not trolling as he said we were. I come in to land but as im landing he fired a few shots so i took off again. In his post he said he didn't check on me cause he said i disappeared the reason i did is cause he shot my engine out and i had to do an emergency landing where i had to glide to land. I ran back to him as he was driving off and i said stop come back here whilst having my gun pointing right at him, which he then continued to drive off in my face. I don't consider that RDM. I shot a few times and he stopped and we had a fight. He tazed me and restrained me. After he restrained me my friend Devara came up behind him and shot him to death, which i then escaped. Shortly after he sent me a message on Teamspeak where i flamed him. This was immature i know, the reason i did it is because he accused me of RDM 2 days before which was not RDM. He was in a firefight with some people i had a contract with to protect so i saw him and shot him. WE WERE ALREADY IN A FIREFIGHT just to make clear . Afterwards i apologized to him because i wasn't mad at him the whole time i was sending that message i was laughing. If he was offended, which he was, i would apologize to him, which i did. But other than that as for RDM i honestly believe there was no RDM. If you were to see video footage you would too that it was not RDM. Unfortunately i am not a recorder so i cannot provide my own evidence. However you can talk to my friend Devara, he is always on TS and in-game. But now that i am co-leader to a new gang West Side Connection i have started to act more mature. i know all of the rules because i came from asylum and before playing i read the rules. So please give me a second chance, there are too many people that love to have me around, and i will do my best to get back on good terms with SPC Zippo
