Password reset emails not sending

This player has issues with trying to reset their password:

It looks like emails are not being sent despite the page saying it was sent. This might be a similar issue with other emails (2fa reset, sign up validation) not sending.

I am having the same problem. I can't login into my desktop for RPUK. I'm logged into on my phone but the email doesn't come through and my security question I answered was correct but it didn't work. So I'm locked out on my desktop for this site, if not for my phone I'd be locked out completely.

@Wilco apologies for tagging you however there are several community members having issues relating to verification emails, password resets and other such things.

Could we please have an update?

Do not know what they have done but I was able to receive my password reset on Yahoo mail, Happy days.

had same problem , still don`t know my password , was lucky i can sign in trough steam!

This one is a long time ago, however I just tried to use the form and I am receiving the e-mail where it asks me to take further action if I am sure I wish to reset my password - going to lock this, however if you still experience issue please make another post.
