Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Nope, before when he had a complaint about me he made a remark to other mentors similar to this.

He was running around on bufor spawn screaming.

Besides, we're not threating him, as someone once said to me, everyone deserves a second chance, but now it seems like we're going to bring that video up

I tried even contacting him on teamspeak, but he refused to speak about it.

In regards to this, he said nothing except this. I was not running around "screaming".

Next time I see either a Video of Ross screaming at people and being immature OR Parim writing nasty comments and being immature I will Issue a ban tho this person.
