Full Description:
We were doing an exercise where some was at the ocean floor to be picked and carried to the shore. All parties had tanks on. Usually when a tank runs out is disappears am guessing that's in a replacement for the warning sign and real one would have. However whilst we were being carried our tanks ran out and we started drowning with the tanks still on the body so we had no way of saving ourselves
