i have recently created my organisation 'Columbo Organisation' and i would like to talk to staff about creating turf and renovating a property also be asking for a quote of price

You will need to work towards this organisation within roleplay, creating good scenarios. The more good roleplay you put in, the more likely you'll be noticed by staff and the development team; which in turn can lead to opportunities. Keep at it!
