Overclockers issue

i ordered some parts and i get order conformation and recipt but when i go to my account it shows no orders neither in hisrory has this happned to anyone else

i have a order number and they say to track it go to your account but theres nothing there apart from a previous order that was cancelled

I read somewhere that it starts to  track after 8pm on the day the order was taken, if not you could always contact support,
