Quick description of what happened: So i had just sold my copper at the trader, when i pull out to the road and sudenly i blew up. Obviusly a other player had blown me up, but when doing so he didn't RP.

OK, I'm no admin, but your the one at fault here, you pulled out onto a main road without looking and caused an RTA which resulted in your death and more than likely the person you pulled out on's death. This is a RP related death, its called a road traffic accident and they do happen.
