Description of what happened: I heard some gun fire in Athira, so I went to where the noise was coming from I see a dead person and a man (Original) who then jumped into his car and drove off, so I followed him  until he crashed his car. He then decided to get out and without role play started shooting at me, I tried to get out my car but pressed a key by accident which stopped me from getting out the car, then I died from a gun shots from Original.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I messaged Oringal after I had respawned by message and told him that I would like to receive comp for teh gear that I had lost after I was RDMed and he said that I had rammed his vehicle and that he iniciated in role play which isn't true. I sent a second message with bsaically the same text but my message was ignored after that.

I don't have footage before this, but apparently Original does, I only start my footage when I enroll in Role Play, or if I start getting shot at without role play

 
You followed me for 2 miles even though I asked you to stop following me throughout the whole pursuit and even warned you about what would happen if you did not stop, in which you responded with ramming the back of my vehicle. Funny how you've only captured my retaliation. 

 
Yesterday he also shot me for no reason, also he shot the medic's helicopter wich was on his way to me. When he shot me down i heard him saying: Oh no police! but i had normal clothes on. After that I saw him killing 3 more people without a reason.So yes this is an RDM player.

 
You told me that you had footage of the entire situation... Obviously you lied then Original. Provide proof of you attempting to role play and the 2mile chase and also including me VDMing your vehicle

in my personal opinion chasing an armed person in a vehicle with intent to capture them or engage with them the roleplay is started the moment you have a high speed chase on your hands.

I just wonder what were your intentions as you followed him was it just to have a chat ? were you armed were you intending to restrain him ?

roleplay should be initiated the second you try and chase someone down as it would be in a real life situation.

if i saw an incident and followed the perp then surely he would retatliate against me pursuing him. and i personally have the good sense not to chase armed people down anyhow unless i intend to engage in some form of hostility with them.

also on a side note it is very hard to hear local von when inside vehicles on both ends.
