Ordering Water from shop computer

We have just noticed when using the shop computer to make an order Water is now missing from the General Warehouse.

This was a 24/7 Great Ocean Highway

This was a 24/7 Great Ocean Highway

There is only 200 water in stock at the general warehouse per restart so this isn't a bug?

Sorry, either we've been unable to reproduce this bug with enough detail, or its not been considered a bug.
