Optional Epilepsy Assistance Shader

Social gatherings are a regular occurrence on the server. They are the bedrock around of which the server is built.
They provide RP , Entertainment and drum up Local business. However some individuals aren't able to attend some of the more extravagant events such as ;
Clubs ; Beach Parties ; Disco's Etc.
They aren't able to attend as they have epilepsy. The Bright / Flashing lights provide such a hindrance that I have heard it doesn't allow said individuals to attend these events at all.

And yes whilst they do admittedly make up a small percentage of the player base.
That should not stop the Dev's from making a more accessible server for everyone to allow not most but all players to experience Fun events such as those previously mentioned.

What I ask is that an optional shader in the  in game F1 menu be added which when clicked disables all rapidly flashing lights server wide.
Whilst this is a short request I hope its importance has been noted for the benefit of the Community and its members.

I really support this suggestion as many people feel sorry i cant join them in some parties as i went to bahama mammas once and i had a seizure so i have had to miss many fun oppertunities. This would help not only me but others 2 who have the same illness as partying is  what i love to do!!!!!

+1 would be really nice if there could be some sort of option in the F1 menu to help people with epilepsy.

If this was possible then i would've accepted this however GTA isn't really "seizure safe" itself and after discussing this we aren't aware of any possible method to disable the flashing lights at all interiors per player therefore I shall reject this.
