Opinions on Microsoft and Google Truce?

Thought this may be a relevant post to this section as both companies are heavily tech related.

As you all probably know by now, Microsoft and Google ended a 5 year lawsuit war recently, this was regarding mainly patents related to Motorola Mobility, which Google owned and sold for ~$2.9 billion, but Google held on to the patents. I am not sure if them making a truce is a good or a bad thing. Both companies have their bad sides, but maybe if they put their good sides to work together on something, they could produce something great.

Anyone else have any other opinions on this?

um....... Really..... This is your stance on the whole matter. 

Anyway ....  I'm just hoping for better collaboration, I'm thinking alot of this was dropped in favour of Microsoft running native android apps, being able to tap into androids app store, hell I have been itching to goto windows phone i would think quote a few android users would be happy to try windows phone if they can keep their entire app library.
