Opinion on this event idea?

As today is Halloween I was wondering if maybe the admins could set up a purge but obviously it could be quite hard to regulate so I was thinking maybe we could find a town which is currently not being used for anything and just have that whole area as the playing field. Some of the rules could be that nobody is allowed to respawn because it would make the event un realistic and they must wait until the victor is the last one standing (like hunger games) medics could then revive them once the 1 hour purge has ceased.

Just an idea to try make the server have something special for Halloween if you haven't already

If it is just a certain area on the map out in the middle of nowhere I dont see the problem personally. maybe it could be on the island between the red zone and black market?

Because it will cause problems it always does 

Search for the purge in search and I think wilco responded to one giving the exact reason why it won't happen.

I saw the post you was on about that was regarding the whole server I was on about the select people who would want to participate in an isolated part of the server but I do understand how it doesn't follow what the server is for but its just a bit of fun

It just causes too much of a mess.

Tagging @Steph ♥ to describe what happened when trying to get am event from airfield to redzone where rp was already initiated. Everyone knew where it was but people complained about rdm all that jazz cops were rdmd it gets in people's normal routines.

Sadly we can't host an event like that - there will always be people ruining it for us or being unhappy. We would have to get a seperate Server which is very  unlikely to organize this shortly.

I see where your coming from maybe I could help you come up with an event for Halloween I have a few ideas its short notice but I thought it could be fun to have something happening  @Steph ♥
