Dear citizens of Altis,
It is this time of year again, where people like to have some fun and always gets pushed over the limit.
This year, the Altis Police Force is starting a campaign specifically for Halloween called 'Operation Scarefare'. The aim of this is to target inappropriate behaviour in the streets and to assist anyone who needs help.
Last year, we have had numerous complaints from elderly people and concerned parents stating that people have been swearing, getting drunk, offering children illegal substances and even doing 'Knock a door run' on elderly people constantly. This is meant to be fun, however with the amount of complaints that we get per year, it is becoming a nightmare.
Operation Scarefare will make sure we have enough Police Officers around the towns of Altis, patrolling roads and going around houses. I would like to remind you, that if anyone annoys ANYONE, abuses powers, 'KADR (Knock a door run)' drinking outside of pubs, littering or fly tipping WILL be punished depending on the severity.
The NHS are also being stretched by dealing with drunk people and people who they shouldn't have to deal with, and unfortunately, people are dying or getting very ill because of these people.
This is a very clear statement, this is meant to be fun. Any anti-social behaviour will be dealt with, any spooky activity like 'Killer Clowns' possessing illegal items will be punished, no excuses.
This has been made VERY Clear and will not be tolerated, anything that looks suspicious should be reported to the Police (999) immediately.
