(Old school Story Time, a flash from the past)
Back in the day the UNMC ruled supreme over N/E Altis , with a fighting force of 30 well training professional soldiers and diplomats. The UNMC's land was clam (Give or take the odd mass war/Mass murder) and things where looking good. One day along came merry band of men called "The Altis Cartel" . They said they wanted nothing but to use our unique and extensive resources we had available in out territory. We where more than happy for this to happen as long as they paid their tax like everybody else. But it soon became apparent they wanted to take all of our resources for them and them only, and rob every one they could in our lands. This could not be tolerated of course so after trying to negotiate with them we had no other option but to take them out. I Vacatio as the head of our cheep propaganda (H2H News) movement (unmc budget was tight and could only stretch to using Movie Maker) and deputy commander created this video of warning with the help of @Khandamir/Paul Montana (sexy voice i must say).
After this video was released meany wars where fought and victory in the end was ours. The Altis Cartel are no longer with us, some say the few that survived now reside in the meany fuel stations dotted around altis doomed to deliver petrol and get robbed for the rest of their lives due to the shame of their defeat.
