Over the past week or so I and my gang have a lot of run in's with people at the Rebel Outpost. 
On nearly ALL of these occasions, there have been one or two spotters who are visibly involved with the gunfights going on inside the zone. So a proposed change to the rules regarding the Red Zones might be a good idea.
A few suggestions I have are:

- The old Redzone. Basically everywhere south of the Rebel Border is KOS. This then stops A LOT of the reports which are coming in left right and centre regarding the Redzone.

- Bigger Redzone circle. This means that the red circle around the Rebel Outpost would be extended about 500-1000m allowing better gunfights to happen and this also denies the ability to spot people effectively.

I wish the common sense rule accounted for all of these types of situations:

Hatchback sport driving around the building I'm in while I'm getting suppressed and a guys pushing me? Obviously involved but you can't shoot him because you'll end up getting reported

Ifrit driving around the HM hills obviously spotting/ready to decamp and you shoot its tires? Liason now!

Hobo runs into your building when you're in the middle of nowhere and theres been constant gunfire for the last 5 minutes and you taze his ass? '

HOW DID YOU KNOW I WAS INVOLVED RDM WAAAAH I could have just been a curious citizen!'

In my opinion, if there's a gunfight occurring and there's some people obviously involved they should be liable to get shot regardless of if they've been seen with a gun or done something to officially implicate themselves, such as skirting the red zone rules like you said you've seen - if they're not involved and they want to cry about it then they need to grow a pair instead of trying to ruleplay all the time

To set up on a hill that is mostly outside the red zone?

That is exactly the reason why I want the red zone at rebel outpost extended. So people can not spot on hills that are just a bit outside the zone and the people within the zone can't do much about. (Unless you feel like running through a red zone to initiate on those spotters.)

 
+1 people sat outside the redzone baso abusing it imo as they know they cant be shot, giving coms, even the police where doing it.

I'm sure that's against the rules abusing zones like that, If i see someone spotting i just shoot them anyways 9/10 they are involved. If they are not involved then its RDM and ya fucked haha

1+ nothing roleplay wise happens down there at all , its annoying when you've got someone thermaling or scouting outside the zone and you cant shoot them and when you do they call you to ts, either bring back the old one or make the present one bigger

i did do that to someone who was clearly involved and he even admitted to spotting and being involved and it was still classed as rdm by an admin cos whatever is in the redzone stays in redzone apperently

Then id speak to the admin because the guy admitting he was involved whilst being outside the redzone is breaking rules by abusing the redzone.

Well if he wasn't there abusing the redzone breaking rules himself then you wouldn't of shot him >.< Deserves everything he gets imo.
