Description of what happened:
I was getting my Off-road out from the garage and all the sudden i got knocked out without rp and got killed after that.
I tried to get in contact with him in Side Chat, after that I contacted him via mobile and he confessed and didn't want to comp me.
What Rule Was Broken ?:

Yes, he even confessed and didn't want to comp me
