Description of what happened:
Driving in town looking for clients I see Oggy sitting on a balcony with a gun.
He then kills one guy in that was standing there minding his own business
as I was looking for clients he then shot me.
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No he ran off
