When im off duty i should be able to get a legal vermin smg, i dont know how i get it without the rebel licence tho 

Anyone knows where i can get it?

The vermin is still illegal, but you can use it off-duty without getting in trouble for it. To get the vermin you need a rebel license which you can buy at either, the black market or a rebel outpost.

Its just because it says in the rules you need to choose between Rebel licence, Bounty Hunter licence or police

i think that i thought about this rule

(9.1.6) Do not rent vehicles or purchase equipment as a police officer then switch to a civilian to use them.

Ok, just to clear this up:

You are allowed to have a rebel license, Marijuana License etc and it won't effect your career I believe. You are allowed a Vermin SMG with no attachments (no RCO, Flashlight etc).

Says so in the handbook: 

Off duty (Rule)

As a officer on the altis island you are not permitted to commit any crimes as a civilian.

This includes the following and more:

• Doing drug runs,
  
• Taking people hostage against their own will,
  
• Conversing with rebel gangs to partake in illegal activities,
  
• Stealing vehicles/personal belongings and
  
• Possessing an illegal firearm, excluding a SMG with no attachments, but if caught with one you will be punished as a normal civilian however it will not affect your police career.

its already some time, it is still illegal and should be confiscated if seen, but you dont get trouble with police command.

As long as I've been a cop. (Majority of 2 years).

 You should still receive a ticket/confiscation/imprisonment but it just means you won't get DI LawEnforcement in your channel saying "you were caught as a cig with a vermin you are a rebel therefore you are kicked and Perma blacklisted".

No on duty officer should treat an off duty officer with preferential treatment.
