Now I know that officers playing as civ can't be a rebel e.g. kill/rob/steal but can buy smg's e.g. vermin but I was wondering if we can speed or evade the police since it isn't exactly rebel activity

You can speed and maratek mentioned in a previous meeting that not pulling over for the police / running away will not get you kicked out the police however repeated offenses will. This is because you will be classed as a rebel.

Basically, don't be a dick and try to roleplay with cops. Don't evade a lot etc etc. Most things are excused for RP reasons.
