Ocir - Stealing medics car in greenzone

Description of what happened: Me and another medic left our car unlocked for a few seconds next to the pub, we went back to our car to find that some random person was driving it, he crashed it and carried on trying to drive away.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3M) It is also ban-able to steal a medic's vehicle or helicopter. 6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)

Hello,

Ocir also stole my huron in the green zone and then used it to VDM another helicopter, This was reported to an ingame admin at the time. If you require this footage I will search and try and provide.
