This vehicle is max upgraded, repaired and is somehow slower than most standard civ cars, i.e Karin Rebel goes around 120mph on the flat and faster down hill.

Same is with the Karin asterope RS. Fully maxed it struggles to go above 90 on some mountain roads. Rofl
