I have retruned after a long time away.

Can someone tell me what happende to the NPC?

I think it made it a bit more personal istead of the tablet there are today

They were removed because they contributed to the desync and frame loss that people experienced. Their removal created a more stable game.

I assume they're returning in the framework. We still have medical NPC's so don't worry! Machines don't run everything just yet!

Hello trurb,

First of all welcome back to the island.
Most of the npc's have been remove due the server lag.
There are some arround, like the drugsdealer under Kavala.
