I do remember something similar to this, I was flying above NPAS trying to land I-99 - I failed to land and happend to accidently kill one important member of Police Command try and guess what happend with my I-99 permit...

The fact that this was a Blackfish Transport that was going in for the landing and someone decided "Hey, i'll spawn a hummingbird and kill over half that cops at NPAS" makes me sad
