You know about the thing how to get a NPAS skin heli... i was just wondering is against server or police rules to have one? Its not really my fault i got it.

Something random happens when u spawn hummingbirds/m900's, and woop, there u are with an badass npas skin

Impersonating a police officer is against the law. If you do have to skin respray it, but firstly report it to an officer.
