Notification Rework

Brief Summary:

Change the drug, health, food and water response to the new notification system.

Detailed Suggestion:

MAIN IDEA: Use the new notification system in replacement of the red / blue boxes.

EXAMPLE OF NOTIFICATION:

View attachment 19290

This system would keep consistency throughout the server and also makes the notifications cleaner and easier to read IMO.

The notifications that need changing, AFAIK, are:

- Hungry
- Thirsty
- Injured
- Drug Sales

There may be more that I'm forgetting about.

I would suggest changing the picture on the left to an icon in relation to the action made. For example, a picture of cannabis if someone makes a transaction of weed to a local. If the local denies the transaction, there is a picture of the local or even a phone to signify that the local may have / is calling the police.

The Pros:

- Allows criminals to know if the police may have been called, as currently there is no way to tell at all, which seems quite unfair.
- Retains consistency on RPUK.
- Looks better? lol

The Cons:

- Devwork is the only one I can think of for this.

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?

Technically, if the locals start telling crims that they are calling the police, the police may catch less dealers.

+1 Seems like a decent idea, would also stop the 10 dispatches a second we get for drug deals

The smaller ones are cleaner in my opinion however the bigger ones are nicer for some things as they have the ability to have more information.

It's not unfair, it's a low chance that it does notify the police and if it did tell them when the police were notified the alerts to police would literally be pointless as the people would literally leave straight away.

Another fix has already been made for a future update.
