Nothing seems to clean police cars

Wash cloths and Car washes don't seem to clean police cars. I'm not sure if its along the lines of police cars constantly repairing themselves and not updating the model.

This happened to the ambulance aswell, I was watching on Phoenix's stream - he went into a car wash and his car still had mud on the side.
