Not sure why banned, unban request (Refused)

Hello,

I have been playing on this server for a while, being very careful about the rules and respecting RP at all times. I took a break for couple of months and decided to get back recently. However i see that I am banned. I don't know why. It just says "battle eye banned". What does this mean? I am 100% sure that I did not break any rules. I kindly ask you to remove my ban please.

If it is your battleeye, it maybe you got banned on another server?
