What was lost: HEMTT (boxed) + 160 unprocessed iron
Value of item/money lost: £550k HEMTT (boxed) + No value as iron was unprocessed
Quick description of what happened: I'm not sure weather or not this is a legitimate claim, but I though I would put it here in case it is. I was driving down the road taking my iron to be processed when another player ( [TKC] Stee) approached me from the front in another car. Once I saw him I began slowing, but we both realised that we were not going to slow down enough so we both swerved. We both happened to do so in the same direction, but narrowly missed each other. I got out as did he, and I, in a civil and Role play manor, apologised and offered to repair any damages to his car. It was a this point he started 'raging' at me with a complete disregard to the role play, thus I got back into me HEMTT to drive off. He then shot and and stole the vehicle. This was by my reckoning a RDM given that he completely disregarded any form of role play what so ever, although I do not wish to report him, I would simply like to see weather or not given the RDM circumstances I am eligible for compensation.
