Would just like to know why I have just been kicked from your server, no reason was given, have received no warnings was not even commiting any crimes (maybe speeding if that is one) I was just driving down the road then got kicked. Now when I try to rejoin it just freezes at receiving information 100% completed.

Any paticular reason for it ? Given that it probably just cost me my vehicle, cash and gear I wouldn't mind some kind of explination.

Unless it says an admin kicked you, it was probably your connection / server connection that dropped.

If you have any proof (video / screenshot), post a comp request and we shall refund you.

I can also say that my game is getting stuck on receiving data for a long time, I waited about 10 minutes.. Went and had a shower and when I came back it was still stuck on receiving data. Not sure what to do.

I'm not too fussed about being compensated as I know it's not going to happen,the chances of knowing in advance I was about to get kicked therefore taking a screenshot of my stuff are as we both know Zero.

I would just like to understand the reasoning for the kick so that if I genuinely did do something wrong I'm aware of it next time.

It was not a connection error my end, I had no issues connecting to other servers straight after as I tried, there was no red or yellow chain indicating desync or other forms of bad connection to the server, just a nice black box (as in the BattleEye message box) with "You were kicked from the game"

As Albino stated, we are currently having some issues on the server, and we doing our best to fix them.. desync should be majorly gone but Marksman DLC brought alot of issues to arma servers.

As for the proof goes, i'm not asking you to see into the future to know where you going to be kicked, but we have alot of players that record footage daily and then just deleted so they always have information to give us.

I don't expect you to do the same, but it's the only way to "protect" your stuff atm.

It's all good maybe just a little annoyed as it's only my 2nd or 3rd time on the server, currently on my 3rd vehicle of the day 1st one crashed and despawned when I went to nearest town to get a repair kit I assume as part of the server clean up it got deleted as I no longer had keys, bought another pick up which I was driving whilst kicked, have managed to get back on now and again no keys

I appreciate the evidence bit I've no doubt you have more than enough trying it on, hence I'm not too concerned about that side of it just wondered why I was kicked seems it may well of been a connection issue at some point.

Well again thanks for taking the time to respond quickly. I'll just have to put it down to *Just one of those days* and move on
