I would like another chance because this is a glitch that was done by complete accident and i didn't intend in it giving me an advantage. It was the game mechanics fault and how the heck am i suppose to know that this can/would happen. My other appeal was denied and i'm not sure that if you actually read it right and saw that it was completely random and not something that i knew was going to happen. You didn't even reply to ask me any questions you just instantly assumed that i was using it as an advantage to get away. I would love another chance because i've spent a good while on yall's server and that its a one of a kind RP community that i love. Thanks for your consideration. <3

Ok let me tell you exactly what happend word per word. We were on our way back from heroin processing to go ahead and sell in Kavala. We rolled up and as soon as we parked out back by the hospital a policeman immiedtly rolls up on us. Unluckyly i had my illegal weapon out so the police man was asking me to put my hands up as i was hesitant too cause my hemmet is litterly filled to the brim with herion is which took me forever and a lot of crap went down before. So this is the part where my friend Tyrone gets banned for RDM cause we told him to take the shot because i didnt want to risk going to jail with a truck full of heroin. He instatnly gets banned without hitting a single bullet. We had thought that we already initiated RP but i guess we didnt sorry about that that's on us. Now that tyrone engaged fire the cops engaged back and i managed to kill one which was behind a small house. The other cop in the street tased me. Now this is the part where the glitch happened. Cop put me in restraints and walked away i guess for search of the others. While he's doing that my character randomly lies down when in the process of standing back up of which is literately 2-3 seconds my character manages to pull out my weapon and which i think im in the free so i pursue the gunfight in which i was in but endup killing Buzz another guy yall banned for no reason, he never ever do anything wrong. Im just sorry for pursuing with the gunfight but the glitch part isnt something that i knew was going the happen and its not someting i ever intend to use . I just really want to get unbanned because this is a dumb way to get banned id understand that if i was out and about RDMing people or suicide helicopter and crap like that.

​Oh and also the whole shooting at the cop is that i thought that when TJ opened fire we had engaged in a gunfight with the police and i thought it was alright to shoot. We did involve rp but i dont think it was a lot and thats our fault
