To further explain what happened, I have to give you the scenario I was in. At the time of the shooting, I had word that the city of Kavala is under gang/cartel control. (A message was sent through side chat saying the city is under conquest by a gang, and beware of orange cars/trucks). This got me on edge saying I had money on me, decent gear, and was wanted for armed robbery. Looking at the chat, I notice people were constantly being killed, and since the city of Kavala had been taken over, I assumed it was coming from the gangs. I heard the constant sound of sirens and gunfire. I was scared for my life. I was perched out in the construction site, trying to enter the city to get my car, as I was waiting for the right time to move,a sports car had crashed into the wall. Next thing I know two guys come into view, and start "harassing the driver". They pull out guns, and the driver freaks out and runs. The first thought that came to my head as citizen of Altis and Kavala was to defend my home land, and keep the city save. Believing they were part of the gang currently occupying the city, I took action and did my civil duty of protecting the people of Altis. I fire shots at both, not aiming to kill at first, but when I remember the city was under conquest, I knew the only way I was going to get out the city alive was to save the citizens and take arms against the current threat. This resulted me in killing one of the men seen in the video. This is where the so called "RDM" happened.

On a side note referring to the comment about the VDM and NLR:

  That incident happened within about a day of playing time, and I didn't fully understand/read the rules. After I was told I had broken rules (I believe it was Thomas), I decided to fully read up on the rules and I admit I had broken NLR.

If you are referring to when I killed you at the weed processor, than that wouldn't be consider RDM, you had shot first. And then when I killed you again, I was being "hunted" by the UNMC. When I killed you the first time, a bunch of UNMC got on and were looking for me. I was stuck on the UNMC on side of the border, going covert ops to get back. The UNMC were patrolling the roads looking for me. I even stated in chat "Be scared UNMC, I'm coming for you" as an indicator that my escape was in an RP manor.  I killed you in my escape, as you were in guarding the border. And if we are pointing fingers here, I believe you were helping a bounty hunter hunt down me and my buddy. I recall you helping Thomas (via helicopter) to drop him off at our location and help him hunt us down. And according to the bounty hunter rules: "8B) Bounty hunters may not game the system by teaming up with a friend, this is exploiting and you and the person/s will be banned as a result."   That is consider a bannable offense. And once again, please read the thread rules for "Dispute a ban", because it seems you and  TN-Bond have both broken rule number 5.

I'm not a bounty hunter. 1st I saw you kill Pvt. Toshiro and since I keep the Unmc close to heart I made it my duty to keep an eye on you. I only then began hunting you down when I hear you through your friends radio. You telling him to tell me "to drop my shit or I'll get snipped" to which I hopped in my car and drove around till you left and followed you to the air field where we had a fire fight. I killed you then ran out of ammo. To which you then broke NLR and came back to move the car I was using as cover. You broke a lot of rules when you were "roleplaying" not just one. I also have it on video but it's not needed since you're banned. I wouldn't have posted here but seeing as I was being called into the situation I thought it would be best if I made my side of it clear.

I've already told you that I had broken multiple rules in that situation. That was only a few hours into the whole Life server experience. I had just started playing the day before, and I hadn't read up on the rules. After you called me out on it, I took my time to fully read and understand the rules. At the time I had no clue what NLR was. Sorry about that incident, but my ban isn't based on that incident. My ban is on an incident that you were not involved in, and I would appreciate it if you would follow the proper "Dispute a Ban" thread rule and stop commenting on my post. Thank you.

no I mean when I was sat at the tower u ran up to me said nothing then started shooting at me and when u was in kavala trying to kill Tom there also as well as braking nlr at the air field with ur mate and in kavala I was there under a dif name (old guy) coz I went off duty and u wasn't just trying to kill us or and that's right when I landed my chopper there was no role play but u still shot Tom on sight didn't you and to clear things up toms not a bh as he as always had a rebal licence as he a black market dealer as long as I known him. And I believe my 1st run in with you was when I parked 1click away from my check ponit and you and your mate parked your truck right next to me jumped outa ur truck came to mine seeing if u can steal if stole my repair kit at this ponit I jumped out and told you to beat it as most unmc would of shot you for doing that near our borders. But I just told u to leave then you continue to run around my truck so I shot the floor next to you and warned u agein. You jumped in your truck went around 300m down the road jumped outa the truck and tryed to ambush me I did see you. As I ignorec you I just drove past as you shot at my truck I could of got out and nailed you and ur little friend but I didn't I just continue on to the salt pross. When I drove past the drug dealer to see whoms there on my way back to the check ponit. U drew you gun and tryed to sneak up on me and warned you agein put ur gun away or be shot. As you tryed to get to me with your short range gun and ride down the side as my truck as I had a sniper rifle I tryed to stop you but as soon as you was in view of me you shot me I did try shoot you also but as I had a DNS scope and a long range gun I had no chance

I had been restrained by the cop, and was being taken in for questioning about the armed robbery I was involved in.  And you can't say I didn't have reason to shoot you when you were following us around in a helicopter for about 10-15minutes. When you finally landed, you both got out fully armed and ready to kill. So don't try to pull that card on me man. How about you grow up, and stop being a bitch about it.

wait so you admitted you killed me at border agein may I ask how you knew I was unmc coz if I rember right I had no unmc stranded inform on as you just killed me 10 mins b4 hand and I was in base rabel gear from my house next to the check ponit and I was sat down in one of the towers waiting for my nlr to end. And I was on my phone menu at the time so and while sat down u can't shoot and it takes you 3-5 secs to get up ready to shoot and you didn't say a word I just saw u run up to me gun out and started taking shots at me by time I was outa my phone menu I was dead. May I ask you how did you know I was a member of the unmc ? How did you brag u killed me on the tower? Coz I never told you my name I never told u I was apart of the unmc hmmm

No it was your friend but it's obvious you two are working together in that regard. You obviously communicated it before hand. Also that chopper could have been landing for any reason. There was no need to open fire unless we had shot at you. Also if you're trying to drag me into this then of course I am going to come in here and explain my side. You were sitting in a UNMC border tower. And like I said, as I was escaping the UNMC territory it seemed logical that a UNMC would be camping out in the towers. I saw you. Shot and killed. How is one supposed to know that you are AFK? Explain that to me.

Wow. Look at this shit storm. It was RDM as the people you killed were not involved in the complex RP you had INSIDE YOUR HEAD.

People who get reactions like this generally are the guys who ring alarm bells for me. Why should I unban you if you are going to kill people from old engagements with minimal to no roleplay?

Sorry about this huge mess. This is my first life server that I have played on. I am used to wasteland servers where there is little roleplay and it's mostly shoot or get shot. Since the start of my life career, my RP has been getting better, most of the incidents that happened were right after I joined. I've since look at all the rules, and starting sticking to my character more. I hope that you can look at this in a positive way, and unban me. But that is up to you, and I will respect your decision either way.
