Summary: Non first person aim on verus

Full Description:
As stated when driving the Verus quadbike you are able to aim as normal without being forced into first person, I switched to a local car to see if this was just serverwide bug after update but appears to just be the Verus

*To Update, seems to be the case on following tested vehicles*

• Verus
  
• Stryder
  
• Blazer
  

And I assume other 3/4 wheeled vehicles

1a3 said motorbikes and quads aren't intended to be 3rd person when shooting, definitely a bug.
